Each of these sites is able to assemble, produce, test and configure our products. Cross-audits with these different sites allow to pool the work and create an inter-site synergy.
Managing the evolution of technologies
Thanks to our expertise in the sector, our partnerships with our customers and suppliers, we are able to anticipate technological developments in order to support the migration to new solutions. This reflection makes us independent regarding the monitoring of obsolescence of the components used.
Partner relationship
Lumiplan maintains a partnership relationship with its suppliers. Together we agree on our operating methods in order to streamline our exchanges and optimize our working methods. The development of a multi-source network promotes our autonomy in terms of our production capacity.
The partnership relationship also takes its place in the relationship with our customers. The customer challenge allows us to evolve our solutions according to their needs. We are inspired by their behaviours and their challenges to think about the products of tomorrow.
