Install and integrate your solutions
Lumiplan is responsible for the installation and integration of the equipment. We also support you in the training, to make you autonomous in the management and maintenance of your solutions on a daily basis.
Installation of solutions: Your equipment is delivered on site by us then installed, according to your availability, by our technicians. We cover the entire national territory through our 17 branches in France.
Deploy solution extensions: Your existing fleets are integrated into the new solutions to make them all operational on a single interface. Our technicians perform a set of tests after installation to confirm the proper functioning of all your equipment.
Training and support: You benefit from support in learning and taking control of the solutions deployed. Modules are offered to make you autonomous in the use of back office software and content creation. For our customers with dedicated maintenance teams, we train you to become autonomous.
Accompany you in the long term
Together, we establish a partnership relationship in order to support you in the operation of your solutions and guarantee you an optimal level of performance over the long term.
Maintenance: Equipment is guaranteed after installation. A maintenance contract may be put in place, as a preventive measure, to ensure operational monitoring and quality over the long term.
Managing the migration to new solutions: We ensure that the performance of the solutions is maintained throughout their operating cycle, in order to stay in step with the reality of the market. Equipment obsolescence is accompanied by migration to new solutions.
Operations support: Our teams are at your disposal throughout the operation of the solutions. They advise you in the production of high-value content. They oversee the proper functioning of the equipment and ensure your satisfaction.
