Infoneige training courses
Our experienced team offers training at all levels to enable ski professionals to take advantage of the full potential of our Infoneige software.
This training provides the necessary skills to master the software and thus, promote communication with your customers and residents, in the resort and on the ski area.
You will then know how to adapt your broadcast content according to all situations. Our trainers and software technicians accompany you to optimize your learning.
Between January 2020 and February 2022, we trained 21 teams of station management professionals for 110 hours of training.
In 2021, 96% of our trainees were very satisfied with the content of the training received.
Our training courses are adapted to the reception of staff with disabilities.

Customer information audits
Our knowledge of ski areas with their operating constraints and customer behaviour and expectations enables us to conduct expert, objective studies on the existing customer information system. We can then propose corrective actions, including turnkey solutions if desired. To remain even more relevant, we regularly work with other experts in design, area outfitting, customer behaviours, etc. This results-based culture is routinely integrated into our sales policy. Roadside LED screens, TFT screens in waiting rooms, push notifications on the smartphone app—each reading situation and each medium must have an appropriate form, while preserving the consistency of the transmitted messages and your brand identity. To address these new issues, Lumiplan has developed content design skills and can train your staff or else produce your à-la-carte content for you.
